TLSC Tumbi Umbi Campus has had two types of formal student leadership.
The first being a student parliament with the leader having the role of president. Once the College was formed, the formal student leadership became a student representative council, until it evolved in a student leadership council (SLC) in 2006. The following list of students have had the honour of leading the student body at this campus since its establishment in 1996.

The SLC is coordinated by Mrs Leanne Lincoln and Miss Tahnae Apps. The council meets every day as a group to carry out the decisions from their formal fortnightly meeting with the principal.
