Tumbi Umbi Campus has an exemplary wellbeing network under the leadership of the Head Teacher Wellbeing and the Learning Support Co-ordinator.
The network works tirelessly to support students so that they can access the curriculum, grow through their learning and build a strong sense of belonging.
The wellbeing network comprises two teams – the wellbeing team and the learning support team. The two teams demonstrate the strong link between learning, wellbeing and behaviour and the impact each has on the other in building, or not building as the case may be, a strong sense of belonging. The two teams meet regularly to discuss student achievement and issues, set up programs, access additional resources to support students and work with other agencies beyond the campus.
