Every person has the right to be free of all forms of harassment and intimidation.
The campus has very clear processes and procedures for handling incidents of harassment. Our bully prevention policy focuses on having a safe campus for all. The success of the policy relies on everybody accepting responsibility for their own wellbeing and that of other students, staff, and visitors to the Campus.
Our Bully Prevention Policy was developed with students, parents, and staff and reflects the importance of relationships and the repair and rebuilding of relationships when and if incidents occur. Our commitment to 'restorative practices' has been instrumental in students feeling safe and supported. Our development of a Growth Mindset sees students clearly identifying the thinking behind their relationships.
