Several sample notes are attached as files to assist parents/carers in explaining their child's absence from any form of the school day.
Early leaver's note – where the student is required to leave the Campus before the end of the day at 2:15pm.
Late arrival's note – where the student arrives at the campus after 8:00am.
Whole day's absence note – where the student is absent for one to five days.
Seeking extended leave for periods over 5 days and under 50 days – where the student will be absent for between 5 and 50 days, supported by a medical certificate or other available documentation as required.
Seeking extended leave for over 50 days – where the student will be absent for over 50 days, supported by a medical certificate or other available documentation as required.
