What are the changes?

As of 2024, students living in the Brooke Avenue Public School enrolment intake area will be zoned to TLSC, Berkeley Vale Campus.

This means students in Year 6 at Brooke Avenue Public School in 2023 will attend TLSC, Berkeley Vale Campus as their local secondary school in 2024. From 2024 all future Year 6 students will attend TLSC, Berkeley Vale Campus

Students with siblings at TLSC, Tumbi Umbi Campus will be accepted into TLSC, Tumbi Umbi Campus as non-local enrolments up to and including 2027, or until the sibling connection has concluded, if their residential address is local to Brooke Avenue Public School.

Why is this necessary?

Following consultation between the Department of Education, School Infrastructure NSW and with the Principals of the listed schools, it has been determined the current projected demographic data indicates TLSC, Tumbi Umbi Campus is over its enrolment ceiling and has reached enrolment capacity. It, therefore, has very limited capacity to accommodate any future growth projections in the area.

TLSC, Berkeley Vale Campus currently has a surplus of permanent accommodation with a capacity to accommodate future growth projections and has sufficient space to cater for future infrastructure growth if required.
